Dr. Erica Pooler

Dr. Erica Pooler has been an employee of Seminole County for over 15 years. In that time, she has been a Teacher, Dean, Assistant Principal, and is currently Director of School Safety and Alternative Placement as well as Acting Principal of consequence educational units. Such as – Eugene Gregory, Juvenile Detention Center, John Polk, Elementary Alternative Program, Boys Town ESE Dept., STAY Center. Dr. Pooler overcame many obstacles early in life to earn a Bachelor, Masters, Specialist and Doctorate degree by the age of 27. She is a wife and mother of four children as well as published author of “The Cards of Life”. Dr. Pooler loves working with at-risk youth and is passionate about helping them to find the keys to unlock their greatest potential.
